- If the local smoke alarm activates due to burnt toast etc… DO NOT open the unit entrance door as smoke escaping into the main hallway will activate the main building alarm system.
Clear any smoke by opening Patio doors & Windows inside the apartment only.
- DO NOT try to disconnect SMOKE DETECTORS as this is against Fire Regulations, it is also likely to activate the main alarm system. Charges relating to this for disconnection will be forwarded onto guests.
- In the event of the main building alarm being activated, you will hear an announcement requesting you to evacuate the building. Please make your way immediately to the nearest fire exit stairwell located below the exit signs in each corridor.
- In the event of Extreme High Winds, please bring outdoor furniture indoors.
- These premises are strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING both in the apartments and on the balcony; cleaning charges of approximately $500 + will apply if any apartments are left with smoke odours.
