All of our doctors have broad experience in the full range of general practice and family care so you can be confident that they know how to look after your health and the health of your family.

Suncoast Medical Centre
We were originally located at Peregian Beach. The Practice moved to Coolum in 1996 then expanded in 2001 with the arrival of Dr Greg Beak, Dr Russell Wiseman and Dr Mark Norman. September 2004 saw us change ownership and relocate to our current location on South Coolum Road.

Mount Coolum Golf Club
Mount Coolum’s challenging 18-hole layout sits at the southern foot of the iconic 26-million year-old volcanic peak from which it gets its name, and less than 1km from one of the Sunshine Coast’s pristine beaches.
Our Par 72 course features numerous waterholes and creeks, winding their way through the vast expanses of native vegetation that provides a wonderful sanctuary for the local wildlife.
The Club has a reputation as “the Friendly Club” – with an active and engaged membership exceeding 900 in number. You will feel welcomed at Mount Coolum – whether you become a member, or are simply a visitor to our region.

Maroochydore Airport Terminal is located approximately 10 minutes’ drive south of Coolum Beach, via David Low Way.
Brisbane Airport Terminal – Domestic & International is approximately ninety minutes’ drive south via the Bruce Highway.
Transfers
Airport Pickup or Taxi Service is available for the local airport or
Brisbane Airport. Our staff can arrange door-to-door transfers.
Shopping
Coles supermarket is about 4 blocks north of the resort. Turn left at the 2nd roundabout into Birtwill Street and Coles is at the back of the shops. There is a post office as well as other general shops.
