Reception is open from:
8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
8.30 am to 3.00 pm Saturday
8.30 am to 1 pm on Sunday

Check In Time
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check Out Time
Check out is 10.00 am on the day of your departure. Depending on availability, late check out may be available at additional cost. If you are leaving before our office opens, please place your keys in the key return safe situated on the desk at Reception.
Baby Facilities
Cots / Highchairs and rollaway beds, etc are available for hire from Reception. Some items are hired through a third party.
Baby Sitting
Contact reception for local child minders.
B.B.Q.’s
Clubb Coolum Beach Resort provides four electric BBQ’s. Two are located at the front of the resort beside the pool area and two at the rear of the resort beside the tennis court.
(The BBQs operate by pressing the start button for several seconds until the light illuminates). They automatically turn off after about 30 minutes and can be re-activated by pressing the start button again. They are available on a “first come first served” basis.
Beach Towel Hire
Beach towels are available for hire from reception @ $5.00 per Towel. You may use these for the duration of your stay and just leave them in your room on your departure.
Carpark
There is only ONE car parking space per unit. Your parking bay number corresponds with your unit number, unless otherwise instructed. If someone has parked in your allocated car space, please park outside, and contact reception for assistance.
Dishwasher
There is an electrical switch located on the wall above the workbench near the kitchen sink; this is the power for the dishwasher. Please ensure it is switched on.
Games Room
Situated on the first floor, the games room is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm daily. Activities include a pool table, table tennis tables (two), air hockey table, and video games. All equipment for machines, if not available in the games room, may be obtained from reception from 8:30am – 5:00pm. You can utilize the token machine to obtain game tokens.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium is situated on the Basement Level. Dress & footwear regulations apply. Children are to be supervised by an adult.

Dial Ext 200 for extra linen; additional charges may apply.
Internet Wi-fi
Wireless internet is FREE & UNLIMITED, accessible from all apartments.
To connect your computer to the wireless network: -
Go into Wifi / Settings & connect to Clubb Coolum Fiispot. It should now default to Fiispot home page!
Enter the access code clubb09 and press the Connect button.
You will also have a specific room WIFI network and password situated on the bottom of the TV in your apartment.
Intercoms
An intercom system is fitted to all apartments and is located adjacent reception entrance doors for visitors to communicate with guests. The door access button is not functional for security reasons.
Lost & Found
For lost & found property, please enquire at Reception.
Maintenance
Please report any problems in your apartment to Reception.
Refuse Disposal
All refuse except bottles can be disposed of in the refuse chute, located in the Refuse Room on each floor at the northern end of building on each level,
Bottles are to be placed in the bins in the Refuse Room.
Saunas
Male & Female saunas are situated adjacent to the Basement elevator; the sauna is operated by a ‘Push Button” on the wall which starts a 30-minute timer.
Swimming Pools
The pool is heated all year round at approx. 28 degrees. Pool times are 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Children are to be supervised at all times. When returning from the beach, please wash sand off using the shower provided near the pool gate. Also note when entering the building from the pool area, and if wet, we would appreciate if you could please enter via the stairs leading to the basement (take care on tiled floor areas as slippery when wet).
Telephones
Each room is fitted with a direct dial telephone. Dial 0 for an outside line, then enter the desired number. Please advise family and friends of your direct dial number. as calls to Reception after 5.00 p.m. will be diverted to an answering service.

Incoming direct phone calls to your unit.
Dial 5446 3899 and follow the recorded prompts. Make sure your family knows your room number as they will need to put a “2” in front. For example, unit 12 dials 212.
Television Sets
Foxtel cable television has been tuned into each set and can be found on channels 101 ~ 120. If you are having problems with channels etc., please contact Reception.
Tennis Court
Hours are strictly 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Bookings are taken daily at Reception. You can obtain racquets and tennis balls from Reception also.
Tours
A display board with tours and local attractions is located at Reception. Our reception staff will be pleased to help with any information or tour bookings.
Unit Stocks
We provide a complimentary starter pack only which includes Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Dishwashing machine powder, dishwashing liquid, Laundry Liquid and Toilet paper. Should you require additional supplies, please ask at reception.
